Administrative and Technical Committees are research organs of the Union entrusted of the Union with the tasks of providing suggestions, recommendations on any particular issue of interest to the Union.These committees are generally made of postal experts and other specialists having the necessary skills.  They are set up the Conference or the Administrative Council for a specific mission.
