CONVENTION OF THE PAN AFRICAN POSTAL UNION

As an instrument governing functioning of all the Union’s organs namely the Plenipotentiary conference, the Administrative council, the General Secretariat, Technical and Administravive Committees and defines objectives and other important aspects which determine its action’s framework, this convention has been revised by the Plenipotentiary Conference which took place in Younde, Cameroon, in May 1988
